Refund policy

If you bought WhileAI Pro and it is not for you, you get your money back within 14 days. You do not have to say why.

What is covered

• Monthly and yearly plans: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
• Lifetime: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• A renewal you did not mean to pay for: if a yearly plan renews and you write within 14 days of the renewal, I will refund it. For a monthly plan, write within 7 days of the renewal.

After those windows, payments are not refunded, and cancelling stops the next charge instead. There is one exception: if one of the AI sites you rely on can no longer be supported, I will refund the unused part of your current period whenever that happens.

How to ask

Write to aytarahmetyasin@gmail.com from the email address you paid with, or reply to your Polar receipt. One line is enough. You do not need to uninstall anything first.

What happens next

I issue the refund through Polar, usually within two working days. It goes back to the card or method you paid with; how long your bank takes to show it is typically 5 to 10 days. Your licence key stops working and the extension returns to the free plan. Nothing you recorded is deleted, and you can keep using the free plan for as long as you like.

The free trial

Every install includes 14 days of Pro before you pay anything, with no card. The easiest refund is the one you never need: try it first.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any right to withdraw or to a refund that you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. It does not reduce those rights.
